Spencer Health and Fitness Center has been Hilo’s premiere facility since opening in 1979. This is a complete workout facility with a variety of cardio equipment including Precor, Lifefitness, StarTrac, Stairmaster and Octane; resistance equipment including Cybex, Polaris, Bodymaster, Lifefitness, Strive and Tuff Stuff; and free weights.
